Terms

1. Catholic Treehouse agrees to provide your Knights of Columbus council with 1 year of its Knightspot hosting service, consisting of the following:

1. 1. A fully-deployed website based on WordPress that has:
      1. Calendar of events with Webcal/iCal support
      2. Signup sheets
      3. 2GB of server space
      4. Email-to-post functionality
      5. Email subscriptions to posts
      6. Forwarders created for email addresses provided
   2. Hosting for one year with the period starting upon receipt of payment and expiring after 1 year
   3. Site backups
2. Your Knights of Columbus council agrees to provide Catholic Treehouse with the following:
   1. A fee of $100 for one year of hosting
   2. A one-time fee of $50 for setup
   3. Digital photos to use to get the site running, provided via email or digital download
   4. A list of council member names and email addresses to add to the site formatted in Excel or CSV format for use in creating new user accounts
   5. A list of desired email forwarding addresses to fulfill 1.1.6
   6. The contact information for the Council’s financial secretary for billing purposes

Conditions

1. Catholic Treehouse will charge a rate of $60/hour for any customization outside of the terms outlined above.
2. Catholic Treehouse acknowledges that the fully functional website as-delivered is compliant with all necessary software and usage licenses and copyrights.
3. Your Knights of Columbus council is responsible for the content of the website, to include calendar of events, posts, and addition and deletion of members after the initial user import noted in 2.4.
4. Catholic Treehouse is not responsible for any damages occurring from content posted by your Knights of Columbus council to their website, nor for any misuse by any of the website’s users. This is to include but not be limited to libel, slander, defamation of character, and copyright infringement.
5. Catholic Treehouse will invoice your Knights of Columbus council thirty days from the end of the hosting period.
